10 Day Earthmoving Plant Operator Course (RII)
TOTAL COURSE FEE $2,465.00pp (GST Free)
DEPOSIT ONLY $1,000.00
This course will provide you with the knowledge and practical skills to safely and confidently operate the following earthmoving machines:
- Skidsteer (Bobcat)
- Excavator
- Frontend Loader
- Backhoe
- Roller
On satisfactory completion of this course you will be issued with Nationally Accredited Statement of Attainments for the above plant in which you can use anywhere in Australia.
Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites for this course.
RTO Selection Criteria
Participants will complete a language, literacy and numeracy assessment to assess their capacity to meet course requirements.
Applicants must also have the physical capacity to meet the manual work requirements of the course.
Units of Competency
This course requires satisfactory completion of the following 5 units of competency including:
RIIMPO317F – Conduct roller operations
RIIMPO318F – Conduct civil construction skid steer loader operations
RIIMPO319E – Conduct backhoe/loader operations
RIIMPO320F – Conduct civil construction excavator operations
RIIMPO321F – Conduct civil construction wheeled front end loader operations
Course Duration
The formal duration of this course is 10 days, run at our Rowville Training Facility.
Course Cost
ONLY: $2,465 (GST Free)
Please note: When course fees are greater than $1,000.00, individuals will be required to pay no more than $1,000.00 prior to course commencement. The balance of the fees must be paid with a further instalment of $500.00 on commencement and balance on completion of course.

Are earthmoving courses government funded?
Construction Training Group do not have any government funding for any of the training courses. All course fees are fee for service.
How much does the earthmoving course cost?
There are many earthmoving training courses that CTG offer. All singular courses range from $350 to $650 per person. However, we also offer the 5 day or 10 day plant course which bundles 5 plant machinery tickets together for a discounted price.
